​In a small hamlet in the Bedfordshire hills called Wingfield is an 18th century, thatched roof, white walled, picture postcard English country pub complete with small windows and an inviting front door that is just asking to be opened.

 

As you open the door the low beamed ceilings are the first thing you see but the heat from the roaring open fire in the winter months is the first thing you feel.  The chairs and tables are set out for your comfort and the cozy feel makes you feel welcome.  

 

For the summer months our large private garden offers unobstructed and scenic views across the open countryside making it an ideal location to meet family and friends.

Located only 5 minutes from the M1 Junction 11A and within easy reach of Toddington, Houghton Regis, dunstable and Luton, the Plough wingfield is the Perfect Venue.

As a Freehouse we  offer a wide variety of drinks to suit all tastes including a range of Beers, Lagers, Ciders wine and spirits.  Non Alcoholic and soft drinks are also available for all to enjoy.

 

As we are not tied to any brewery or supplier we are always keen to give our customers the chance to 'try something new' and we are very proud to serve our signature pint - A Taste From The Valleys  'Felinfoel'
